Develop and implement user-centered digital designs for our patients, employees, and healthcare providers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and brand guidelines. Continuously review and improve existing designs to enhance user experience and address any usability issues. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI UX design and incorporate them into our digital products. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Act as a user advocate and champion user-centered design principles within the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and timelines. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
