Package Designer (Hybrid)

Location: Skillman, New JerseyJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $48 - 53 per hourWe are seeking a Packaging Designer who has experience with delivering packaging design, design leadership & rigorous collaboration, human centered design & research, vendor management & project management, as well as prototype development & QA for a leading skincare brand.Responsibilities• Lead the strategy, conceptualization, design, and execution of innovative packaging projects from initial concept through to production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.• Create prototypes and physical mock-ups to visualize and test packaging concepts, iterating based on feedback and feasibility.• Ensure final designs meet quality standards and are ready for production, including reviewing proofs and ensuring color accuracy.Qualifications:• A Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is required (5-7yrs experience).• Demonstrate strong visual, written and oral communications skills to execute project briefs.• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop...) - Adobe Suite / PPT / AI, Gen AI understanding.• Graphic Design experience.• Understand brand guidelines and create solutions that are on brand - Excellent typography skills and comprehension of grid systems.JOBID: 1071282Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
