UX Designer (Hybrid)

Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania Job Type: Contract... Compensation Range: $90 - 95 per hour We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to join our client's team for a six-month contract with the potential for extension! As a UX Designer, you will craft world-class user experiences, lead large-scale projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in UX Design and a robust portfolio of work samples. Candidates must be onsite Tuesday-Thursday in Malvern, PA. Responsibilities: • Create innovative solutions for diverse user, business, and marketing objectives by leading major projects and supporting program-level work. • Utilize advanced skills in solving complex problems, conducting research, conceptualizing (sketches/wireframes), visual design, information architecture, interaction design, and ensuring detailed, intuitive, engaging, and elegant experiences. • Employ qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to enhance the user experience continuously. Use data and client feedback to inform and refine critical design decisions. • Develop and leverage a professional network to foster collaboration within the department. Support department-wide initiatives and improve the department's problem-solving capabilities. • Present and advocate for design solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure strategic success and champion the optimal user experience. • Work closely with IT project teams from development through execution. Test or oversee testing of coded UI to ensure compliance with defined design standards and behaviors. • Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Experience level: Experienced • Education: Bachelors • Minimum of 5 years of UX Design experience. • Must have a portfolio of work samples to share. • Experience in fintech or financial services is preferred. • Strong abilities in problem-solving, research, visual design, information architecture, interaction design, and attention to detail.
