Video Producer (Hybrid)

Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota—HYBRIDJob Type: W2 hourly contract, 20-30 hours per week, 6+ monthsCompensation Range: $35 - 40 per hourOur Fortune 500 client based in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a passionate and experienced Video Producer/Video Editor to join their in-house production studio!As a Video Producer/Video Editor, you will be responsible for all aspects of planning, organizing, managing and overseeing the production of long and short-form videos, primarily testimonials and interviews. This will involve skilled account management, working directly with clients and video requestors. You will also be required to manage budgets and timelines.The editing portion of this position will require you to create branded videos by taking footage recorded by a virtual recording tool or shot by production teams and edit it based on project specs. This will include using approved templates and adding on-screen text and simple motion graphics as needed.To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to tell the story in a creative manner. You should also have excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.Must have a portfolio/reel linked on your resume upon applying to be considered.Responsibilities:• Interpret client video requirements and translate them into creative concepts.• Collaborate with clients to plan and coordinate video production logistics.• Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate on-location shoots as necessary.• Develop and communicate clear production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.• Utilize brand-approved elements and templates to maintain consistency across videos.• Select appropriate equipment and supervise filming activities.• Manage project budgets effectively and adhere to established timelines.• Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, incorporating on-screen text and motion graphics.• Review and refine final videos based on stakeholder feedback.• Document all productions using Workfront and other relevant tools.Qualifications:• Experience level: Experienced• Bachelor's degree in Films, Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.• 3+ years of proven experience as a Video Producer/Editor or similar role.• Proficiency in video production processes and technologies.• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Cloud applications.• Knowledge of lighting and audio equipment for virtual capture.• Familiarity with aspect ratios and video encoding formats.• Experience with high-resolution file transfer applications.• Knowledge of Adobe Workfront and OpenReel is a plus.JOBID: 1063644Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
