Our Account Executive role is a hybrid field sales position covering the West Lafayette and Indianapolis, IN area with a mixture of 2-year and 4-year schools. For time spent in the field with customers we provide a company car. This role provides the opportunity to build relationships and have a high level of customer engagement. We are looking for a sales professional with a background in outside sales, cross selling, upselling, renewals, and longer sales cycles.

Ideal candidates are located near West Lafayette or Indianapolis, IN, but we will also consider candidates from the suburban areas

What you'll do here:

  • Build and maintain outstanding relationships with customers in the Indianapolis area, including 2-year and 4-year schools.
  • Engage in cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and managing longer sales cycles.
  • Successfully implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide flawless customer service and support using a company car for field visits.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.

Skills you will need here:

  • Proven experience in outside sales with an ambitious and determined approach.
  • Strong background in cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of collaborators.
  • Ability to compete and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
