Regional Development Associate

The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is looking for a Regional Development Associate to support fundraising efforts through grant writing, donor cultivation, and collaboration on outreach strategies.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with data/donor management platforms
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

Draft responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)
Submit grant reports for foundation and government grants
Ensure on-time submission of grant-related deliverables
Coordinate funder visits and meetings
Track institutional giving activities using Salesforce
Research funding prospects

Education

Degree in a relevant field
Experience in nonprofit grant writing/fund development
