CEO is hiring a Regional Social Enterprise Manager responsible for overseeing operations for transitional work crews in the regional area, facilitating employment services for those recently released from incarceration.

Monitor and evaluate job performance of Social Enterprise team members across multiple sites
Support the oversight and administration of contracted Scopes of Work
Identify opportunities for operational and process improvements
Provide training and feedback to local managers and site supervisors
Build and maintain strong relationships with crew customers

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
Relevant certifications a plus
