Are you a dynamic and forward-thinking leader in the field of Quality Assurance (QA)? We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and experienced Director of QA to spearhead our QA efforts across a diverse range of software development projects. As the Director of QA, you will hold a pivotal role in not only ensuring that our software products meet and surpass company standards but also in driving a culture of innovation, automation, and collaboration.

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Your role as Director goes beyond ensuring quality compliance; it encompasses fostering a culture of innovation in QA processes. Lead by example in exploring new approaches and methodologies to enhance QA outcomes.
• Innovation in QA: Champion innovative QA practices by identifying opportunities for process improvements, exploring cutting-edge testing techniques, and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Automation Strategy: Develop and execute an automation strategy that integrates automation seamlessly into the QA workflow. Leverage automation tools and frameworks to increase testing efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with internal and external clients, including development teams, product managers, and key stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be vital in ensuring a unified vision of quality.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with external clients to understand their specific quality requirements, ensuring that our QA processes align with their expectations and standards.
• Mentorship and Talent Development: Mentor and nurture QA team members, fostering their growth and development. Empower the team to embrace innovation and automation in their daily workflows.
• Testing Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that encompass functional, performance, security, and usability testing.
• Metrics-Driven Approach: Establish key quality metrics and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Continuously monitor and evaluate QA processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA seamlessly into the development lifecycle. Facilitate collaboration between development and QA to ensure alignment with project goals.

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within Quality Assurance, with a strong track record of driving innovation and automation.
• Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies, automation tools, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-centric approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with client engagement and understanding of client-specific quality requirements.
• Relevant certifications in quality assurance or testing are advantageous.
• Be a great leader of people who empowers, inspires, builds consensus, and fosters collaboration amongst the team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
• Experience with call center applications & Martech is a plus.
