Human Resources Representative

The Alliance is seeking a Human Resources Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR duties, focusing on employee relations, training, performance management, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Perform HR duties in employee relations, training, performance management, on/off-boarding, policy implementation, data management, employment law compliance, and benefits administration
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, issues, and requests
  • Collaborate with HR and organizational leadership in performance management administration and resolution of employee relations matters
  • Maintain thorough documentation of employee relations matters
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and processes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field
