Responsibilities
Perform HR duties in employee relations, training, performance management, on/off-boarding, policy implementation, data management, employment law compliance, and benefits administration
Act as a key point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, issues, and requests
Collaborate with HR and organizational leadership in performance management administration and resolution of employee relations matters
Maintain thorough documentation of employee relations matters
Support employee engagement initiatives and processes
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field
