Job Responsibilities:

·        Lead a team of developers in the creation of a secure, user-friendly, web-based portal for commercial space launch entities and the federal government to coordinate commercial space entities’ requests to use shared spectrum that includes a flexible and transparent workflow.

·        Lead demonstration of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within 3 months of contract award, delivery of the MVP within 6 months of contract award, and a completed feature-rich product within 12 months of contract award.

·        Lead development, delivery, and documentation of a modern, re-usable, and sustainable System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices which automate the software development life cycle and minimize or eliminate coding.

·        Provides oversight of all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial).

·        May work on multiple projects simultaneously. Supervises personnel involved in all aspects of project activity, organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and maintains customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.

·        Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

·        Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

·        Recommends action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

·        Exercises independent judgment, as well as a high-level of analytical skill, in solving non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems.

Job Requirements:

·        Clearance: Public Trust

·        Education: BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent, project management (PMP or FAC/PPM) equivalent certification)

·        Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience.

·        Desired Experience: Workflow expertise, User Experience (UX) experience, Microsoft Azure web application development experience.
