Certified Nursing Assistant / ADL Reviewer

Objective: The ADL Reviewer will be responsible for guiding and developing caregivers for Senior Helpers. The ADL Reviewer is responsible for monitoring effectiveness of care plans, providing leadership to deliver quality outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Developing caregivers to meet quality expectations.
• Conduct residential care reviews of each caregiver to ensure care plans are being implemented correctly, policies and procedures are adhered to, and all job duties are performed in a manner that is satisfactory and meets the Senior Helpers Jacksonville quality goals.
• In conjunction with the Care Service, assist in ensuring appropriate matching and placement of caregivers with clients ensuring scheduling is done for optimum care consistent and quality.
• Become fluent in Senior Gems program in order to assess GEM status for caregiver guidance.
• Work with Client Services Director to learn and administer Life profile as a basis of care quality and risk reduction.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
