We are looking for a Project Manager on a full-time 12-month contract in the UK, reporting directly to our Senior Go-To-Market Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Certn’s project success through effective planning, execution, collaboration, risk mitigation, and analysis.
For you to knock this role out of the park, you will need to leverage your exceptional project management skills, strategic thinking, and collaborative mindset. You have a knack for influencing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. Your ability to coordinate and manage the customer impacts of our transformational system upgrade will be crucial. This position requires a unique blend of personas, including strategic planner, team influencer, risk mitigator, analytical thinker, and, of course, a master of execution.

Project Planning and Business Process Analysis:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, objectives, and resource requirements and dependencies
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate and support business process analysis where specific project deliverables require further definition.
Measure and report on project performance at regular cadences
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Effectively communicate project objectives, expectations, and progress to team members and stakeholders.
Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure clear communication channels.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Communicate project updates and results to key stakeholders, sponsors, and exec team.
Budget and Resource Management:
Build and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
Optimize resource allocation and utilization for maximum efficiency across the business and best use of both internal and external resources.
Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget constraints.
Build risk mitigation strategies based on available resources.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with experience in both product and leadership.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
The following will be considered an asset:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working in software or technical environments
Proven experience driving positive customer outcomes though business transformation
PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
