Are you passionate about providing excellent support? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to execute essential administrative duties related to compliance issues in a station operations environment.RESPONSIBILITIES• Perform "twenty-day" station audits and internal audits; and prepare and submits CAR’s.• Function as station timekeeper for reporting, tracking and processing payroll.• Coordinate and maintain training records.• Perform collections related functions.• Investigate and resolve billing and customer invoicing discrepancies.• Print statements and invoices, run reports, research rate disputes, process invoice reprints and audit House Air Waybills and Bills Of Lading.• Investigate and resolve past due accounts payable and receivable bills; and track and follow-up to ensure bills/payments are received and timely processed.• Enter accounts payable entries into system.• Set up and processes new vendors.QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education, preferred.Minimum one to two years related experience.Minimum one year industry experience.REQUIRED SKILLS• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.• Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills.• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. currency, weight, volume and distance measurements.PREFERRED SKILLS• Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve performance.• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence.• Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.BENEFITSWith a genuine culture of recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
