Summary:
As the Marketing and Content Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing events and campaigns, as well as creating compelling online content and managing off-the-shelf marketing collateral. You will work closely with the Partners and CFGI’s third-party marketing agency to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute marketing campaigns and events to promote our products/services and generate leads.
· Manage the intake, triage, approval, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing events, including conference attendance and CFGI-sponsored events.
· Administer CFGI’s marketing automation software, Salesforce Account Engagement (f/k/a Pardot)
· Serve as a connection between our Partners and our third-party marketing agency to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and messaging.
· Create and edit engaging and relevant content for various online channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
· Manage the creation and maintenance of off-the-shelf marketing collateral, such as templated pitchbook presentations and other sales materials that are used regularly by our professionals.
· Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and content and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in marketing and content creation.
· Ensure all marketing materials and content adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company's messaging.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, and event management, preferably in the accounting or professional services industry.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress).
· Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for brand building.
