Scrum Master MidSoftware Development/ EngineeringEmployment Type: Full TimeUS CITIZENSHIP AND ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIREDCGI Federal is currently seeking Scrum Masters with active Top-Secret clearances to support a large project for a federal government client. Facilitate and guide all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.•Coach and mentor, the development team on Agile practices and Scrum principles.•Continuously enhance the team's Agile practices through retrospectives and process optimization.•Coordinate development and integration testing across multiple teams.•design, QA) to ensure seamless project delivery.•Stay informed about the latest Agile trends and best practices.Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related discipline.•Minimum of 5-8 years' experience as a Scrum Master.•Experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role.•Strong understanding of Scrum principles, roles, artifacts, and ceremonies.•Demonstrated experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.•Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.•Certified Scrum Master.•Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.).•Active Top-Secret clearance.Please note that US Citizenship is required for this government contract position.CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
