This candidate is able to seek out answers to questions they may have and also knows when to ask for assistance.This position is located in our Lebanon, VA , Knoxville, TN, Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.Your future duties and responsibilities:• Build, install, configure, troubleshoot multiple custom-built applications• Deploy code and secure environments for several applications• Participate in Kanban and/or Scrum meetings to plan, prioritize, and estimate work• Work with Developers and Testers to troubleshoot specific issues, including recreating tests, validating configuration, etc.• Enable higher-quality software services through DevOps culture and toolingRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Possess a 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.• 5+ years in the following: • Azure Cloud services.• Writing Terraform scripts • Jenkins/Groovy Experience • Showcase experience in writing automation scripts using Ansible and Python for various tasks such as software installation and configuring scheduled tasks.• Demonstrate experience in installing, configuring, and utilizing Kubernetes, Openshift, and Jenkins.• Possess the ability to set up, configure, and troubleshoot multiple CI/CD pipelines.• Have experience in running, supporting, and troubleshooting containerized applications on Kubernetes.• Show familiarity with Cloud and DevOps functionalities, such as ARM templates or CloudFormation templates.• Showcase experience with Github or similar source control tools.• Have extensive experience working with Linux and Windows operating systems.Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:• Experience with Agile Software Development processes• Daily use of tools like Azure Devops, Sharepoint, Jenkins, Artifactory, Nexus• Experience Packaging and Publishing software for client consumption • Experience with working with vendor application support troubleshooting complex issues, i.e. Redhat with Openshift • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power BI Administration and Configuration Management• Familiarity with Java and Spring BootCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
