Chain Reaction is looking for a qualified Client Servicing Account Executive to manage customer accounts and act as a link between them and our agency. You will be the key contact of your assigned clients.
Desired Skills:
- Drafting content ideas and developing flat plans to assist the Senior Account Executive.
- Support the Senior Account Executive in briefing and following up with internal teams to finalize the monthly editorial calendar with correct content and visuals, ensuring requested deliverables are shared on time.
- Creating monthly content lineups that detail titles, formats, captions, and publication dates to ensure strategic consistency.
- Planning, scheduling, and posting content across all platforms according to the monthly lineup.
- Managing community interactions and engagements across social media channels.
- Creation of monthly social media performance reports by extracting data from social media tools.
- Maintaining monthly deliverables trackers.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks as necessary.
- Creating content using smartphones and staying up-to-date with new trends and transitions particularly on platforms like TikTok.
- Writing captions as needed.
- Support the video production team with shoot setups, styling, and needed props.
Qualifications:
• BA degree in relevant field (Marketing, Mass Communication, etc...)
• 2-5 years of agency experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well organized & ability to multi-task
• Pro-active & intuitive
• Creative and social-first mind-set
• Expert knowledge in social best practice
