We seek a highly organized and proactive Junior Producer to join our production team. This role involves supporting the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across video, photography, and digital platforms. The Junior Producer will assist in managing schedules, coordinating resources, and maintaining communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Support the production team in planning and executing projects, including commercials, digital campaigns, and branded content. Assist in creating and managing detailed production schedules, ensuring meeting deadlines and deliverables.
Budgeting & Resource Management: Collaborate with the team to prepare and track budgets, ensuring projects remain cost-effective without compromising quality. Source and coordinate resources such as talent, crew, locations, and equipment.
Production Oversight: Act as a point of contact on set, facilitating clear communication between the crew, clients, and internal teams. Ensure shoots run smoothly by anticipating and addressing logistical needs, problem-solving, and maintaining a professional and positive atmosphere.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to understand project objectives, contribute ideas and ensure the final deliverables align with the client’s vision and brand guidelines.
Post-Production Coordination: Track and manage post-production workflows, ensuring edits, reviews, and final deliveries meet creative and technical standards. Assist in quality control to maintain consistency and excellence across all assets.
Client & Team Liaison: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members. Assist in preparing presentations, progress reports, and post-project evaluations to foster strong relationships and continuous improvement.
Growth & Development: Demonstrate a passion for learning and growing in production. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and efficiencies to the team.
Skills:
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of market trends, audience behavior, and emerging production techniques, particularly in commercial and digital advertising.
Production Expertise: Understanding end-to-end production processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and on-set operations.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with production equipment, editing software, and tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (preferred).
Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and diverse teams.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to address on-set challenges or unexpected issues.
Creativity: A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling that enhances creative collaboration and elevates the final output.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in production, focusing on commercials, branded content, or digital campaigns.
Experience coordinating shoots, managing budgets, and working within tight timelines.
Familiarity with producing for diverse platforms, including social media, YouTube, and TV.
Background in working with creative agencies or production houses.
