Meet Ida, Costume Designer, Disney Live Entertainment | Disney On The Yard Ida is a graduate of North Carolina Central University and a costume designer with Disney Live Entertainment, a role she has held for over a decade. In this role, Ida creates costumes for cast members to serve as an extension of the immersive stories and experience at Walt Disney World® Resort. When a new costume project came to Ida, she knew she was perfect for the job. That project was the creation of Mickey Mouse’s uniform as he took on the role of a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) Drum Major celebrating Disney on the Yard.
