Chainguard is looking for an exceptional Human Resources Business Partner to support a rapidly scaling business. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic and empathetic partner, providing support to people leaders on all organizational and people related matters.

Skills

Solid judgment and risk assessment
Experience in performance management and data analytics
Project management and change management skills
Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities

Provide coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback to employees at all levels
Facilitate performance management processes and training programs
Resolve employee relations issues effectively
Lead benefits renewal and compensation review processes
Ensure HR policy compliance and analyze HR analytics for key insights
