HR Business Partner
Chainguard is looking for an exceptional Human Resources Business Partner to support a rapidly scaling business. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic and empathetic partner, providing support to people leaders on all organizational and people related matters.
Skills
- Solid judgment and risk assessment
- Experience in performance management and data analytics
- Project management and change management skills
- Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback to employees at all levels
- Facilitate performance management processes and training programs
- Resolve employee relations issues effectively
- Lead benefits renewal and compensation review processes
- Ensure HR policy compliance and analyze HR analytics for key insights
