Chainguard is looking for an exceptional Human Resources Business Partner to support a rapidly scaling business. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic and empathetic partner, providing support to people leaders on all organizational and people related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback to employees at all levels
  • Facilitate performance management processes and training programs
  • Resolve employee relations issues effectively
  • Lead benefits renewal and compensation review processes
  • Ensure HR policy compliance and analyze HR analytics for key insights
