Technical Enablement Manager

Chainguard is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to strategically implement key business initiatives to ensure that frontline team members are equipped with the information, skills, and behaviors they need to thrive.

Skills

Basic knowledge of Container technologies (Kubernetes, Serverless, Docker)
Proficient knowledge with Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.)
Awareness of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FIPS, STIG, PCI-DSS
Top-notch communication and presentation skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Solid analytical skills and ability to lead through ambiguity
Expert ability to build relationships and promote team development

Responsibilities

Build robust relationships with leadership and teams in Sales Engineering and Customer Success
Define the strategy/roadmap for Technical Enablement and manage competing priorities
Develop demo methodologies and certification programs
Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams for technical field readiness
Provide structured feedback and coaching to technical teams
Design optimal learning experiences and develop a Sales Engineering-specific onboarding program
Build technical programming into LMS and deliver technical training
