Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies for our token ecosystem

• Manage token supply, distribution, and circulation to maintain economic stability

• Collaborate with the Tokenomics team to design and implement token incentive structures

• Oversee token-based budgeting and financial forecasting

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements

• Develop risk management strategies for token-related financial operations

• Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions

• Provide financial insights and reports to the executive team and board of directors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred

• 7+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in cryptocurrency or blockchain finance

• Strong understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, and blockchain technology

• Experience with financial modeling and analysis in the context of token economies

• Knowledge of international financial regulations, particularly those related to cryptocurrencies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• CFA or relevant financial certification

• Experience in a CFO or senior financial role in a blockchain or crypto company

• Familiarity with AI and its applications in financial management

• Track record of successful token launches or ICOs
