Job Title: Channel Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for finding and managing dealerships that have extensive sales networks with local restaurants. The Channel Manager is expected to expand relationships with channel partners to achieve sales, profitability, and partner recruitment goals.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Proactively Identify and recruit the right partners and dealerships in the community to expand our robot deployments in restaurants (POS Dealers, Restaurant Equipment Distributors, etc.)

Develop relationships with these channel partner executives

Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.

Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

Lead and train the partners to better implement our products

Work with the management team to develop proper go-to-market strategies

Monitor sales performance trends to identify issues and opportunities

Assess current sales processes, identify any weaknesses and propose new initiatives to make positive impacts

Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements

Monitor competitor activities

Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within LA and have the ability to travel

Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain excellent relationships between Bear Robotics and dealerships

Proven effective oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills

Strong leadership skills with a strategic & insightful mindset to motivate and persuade dealers when necessary

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to conduct business with executive-level business owners

Able to build and execute a pipeline of qualified leads to close new businesses

Strong track record developing dealership partners

Willingness to be part of and play a leadership role in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or business administration

5+ years of sales experience with extensive knowledge of POS businesses and product cycle of restaurants preferred

The pay range for this position is $85K to $125K. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
