The Channel Account Manager will drive strategic partner development initiatives for Sphera ESG product portfolios. This position will be responsible for a wide range of activities including leading and growing existing partnerships. This role will be passionate about driving opportunity/bookings growth.
Responsibilities
Implement specific Partner Sales Plans, resulting in identifying opportunities, solution adoption, integrated offerings and GTM strategies
Develop and manage existing Sphera partnerships including OEM and reseller relationships
Be the key Sphera contact and run all aspects of the relationship. Work with key partner contacts to develop quarterly initiatives, account targeting, account mapping and joint areas to focus on. Drive pipeline rigor. Lead on contract negotiations and agreements.
Deliver high impact account/ territory plans and presentations through teaming with key internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Product Management, Development, Finance, Professional Services and Tech Support
Grow existing partnerships.
Identify and develop new business/market opportunities, business models, and channels to extend Sphera’s market reach.
Drive consensus and development of execution plans across functional teams – at partner and internally at Sphera
Own the marketing efforts with the partnerships.
Work with internal Sphera teams to build a marketing plan and work with partners for commonalities and execution.
