Channel Manager - West

Beyond Identity is currently looking for a talented and driven channel account manager to maintain and expand all our partner relationships within the West territory. They will be responsible for supporting Beyond Identity's ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a portfolio of assigned partners and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect leads for new partners through networking and other strategies to identify key decision makers
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners and understand customer needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.
  • Coordinate with other Beyond Identity team members such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations
  • Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/partners and the engineering team.
  • Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances regularly and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
  • Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
  • Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows and traveling, when necessary

Requirements:

  • Based in the Bay Area
  • Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment with a proven track record of success, existing partner relationships
  • Thorough understanding of the industry
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
  • Security and/or IAM sales experience is a plus
