About the Position:
As Stampli’s first Channel Marketing Manager, you are a self-starter who will develop and execute marketing programs that support our channel partners and drive revenue growth through indirect channels. You will be responsible for the following critical functions: Co-Marketing with our ERP partners; collaborating with our Sales colleagues on channel partner recruitment, activation and enablement; and managing our digital and real-world events. You will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Nashville, TN office, with 2 days per week in-office.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leaders to define and develop our channel marketing, communications and development strategy, including positioning, value prop, messaging and benefits

Design and develop strategic programs to recruit, onboard, enable and activate channel partners

Develop and communicate partner-facing value propositions and content for Stampli, its products and solutions

Conduct market research, partner surveys etc. to inform decisions and maximize ROI from Partner investments.

Manage the development of online and in-person training content for partners, customers and field personnel, and deliver the training

Support enablement requests including landing pages, collateral, customer/partner stories, and other activities

Organize and deliver online and in-person Partner events

Act as point person with our ERP partners to develop, manage and optimize co-marketing strategies and programs

Build scalable, repeatable digital and live marketing programs that reach potential and existing customers and partners

Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to develop the appropriate marketing metrics to effectively demonstrate the ROI of our partner and field marketing efforts
Requirements:
- 5+ years of channel and/or product marketing experience, specifically in B2B SaaS

Experience with building and maintaining programs specific to VAR recruitment, activation, and enablement

Experience with managing complex digital and real-world events

Ability to manage Market Development Funds (MDF)
