Channel Partnerships Manager

We are building a creative, energetic, and mission-driven team that will work directly with Ribbon Health’s channel partners to make sure our products are powering convenient, cost-effective, and high-quality healthcare decisions in the world. You will own key relationships with high-revenue partners to enable their growth, prototype go-to-market strategies with new customer segments, shape company messaging, and take bets on how Ribbon can grow revenue exponentially in partnership with its customers. This role requires a hybrid skill set across customer success, strategy, product, and executive stakeholder management. You will be asked to handle a high amount of ambiguity as we work together to define and execute our channel partnerships strategy.

What we're looking for in this role

  • You have experience building and navigating customer relationships across different levels and functions within an organization, and breaking down barriers in order to get something done
  • You have experience working with technical counterparts to define business use cases for new product offerings, validate hypotheses, and evaluate results objectively
  • You have experience identifying value and seeking out new commercial opportunities based on aligned business models, incentives, and product-market-fit
  • You have strong business acumen and have the ability to translate both Ribbon and customer value drivers into account goals, upsell opportunities, strategy, and KPIs 
  • You are able to learn about technical product offerings, deliver product demos, and provide actionable feedback to product teams
  • You are a clear, concise, and credible communicator
  • You are proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once
  • You enjoy building structure, but are not afraid to say when things aren’t working

Your day-to-day

  • Build and cultivate relationships with customer stakeholders and become a trusted advisor and advocate
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support channel customer growth initiatives within existing partner accounts
  • Support go-to-market conversations with Ribbon and channel partner account leads to grow revenue
  • Partner with Ribbon product, deployment, and customer success teams to meet contractual obligations and facilitate regular account discussions
  • Surface relevant input from customers that have implications for how we build, deploy, and market our products
