Charles River Associates is a global consulting firm seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator for its Labor and Employment practice to support Vice Presidents and the practice team with administrative and billing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume project billing and ensure accuracy of invoices
  • Provide regular reporting on outstanding project unbilled and receivables
  • Deliver project administration support and oversee conflict checks
  • Provide general administrative support and maintain files
  • Oversee client relationship management database and provide marketing support
  • Manage logistics for internal and external practice meetings

Education
