Charles River Associates is a global consulting firm seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator for its Labor and Employment practice to support Vice Presidents and the practice team with administrative and billing tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage high volume project billing and ensure accuracy of invoices
Provide regular reporting on outstanding project unbilled and receivables
Deliver project administration support and oversee conflict checks
Provide general administrative support and maintain files
Oversee client relationship management database and provide marketing support
Manage logistics for internal and external practice meetings

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
