If you share this commitment, we invite you to join us in making a tangible impact on the mental health landscape.About The RoleThe Director of Employee Experience for Outreach will have the opportunity to drive impact in building a world-class experience for our rapidly growing Clinical Outreach team at Charlie Health. This role will be responsible for crafting, executing, and managing initiatives designed to support, recognize and celebrate our Clinical Outreach team. The Director of Employee Experience will work closely with Outreach team members and leadership to create meaningful experiences tailored to the needs of the team.We’re a team of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions. If you’re inspired by our mission and energized by the opportunity to increase access to mental healthcare and impact millions of lives in a profound way, apply today.Responsibilities• Create, plan, execute and measure efficacy against key employee experience programs, including but not limited to team events, offsites and recognition/awards programs.• Collaborate closely with People Operations on both company-wide and Outreach-specific employee rewards, recognition and professional development initiatives• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to tailor each initiative to the needs of the team• Source for, budget for and host both live & virtual team events• Continuously assess for gaps in programming and culture needs and proactively work to fill those gapsRequirements• 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement and/or event planning• Google suite proficiency• Event planning and budget management experience• Excellent project management skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tasks in a timely manner• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills• Ability to operate efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for mental health care• Ability to travel onsite to conferences and events regularly throughout the yearBenefitsCharlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees.
