The Managing Partner will provide leadership on multiple dimensions including influencing the size and shape of the Clinical Transformation Line of Business (LOB), client service and delivery, industry thought leadership, capability and solution development, business development, and company culture.
Working collaboratively with their peer Co-Leader, the Managing Partner will be responsible for business development and project oversight with an emphasis on helping to further expand and grow the LOB nationally. The position will require the individual to conduct business development as well as provide group and direct project oversight where they will help Chartis win and execute complex, high-profile clinical transformation engagements. Chartis’ platform is based upon a culture of collaboration and teaming and as a result, this person will be expected to work closely with other senior members of Chartis to leverage the broad services the firm offers. This person will establish trust with clients through their deep content knowledge across a broad range of complex subject matters.
