Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Collaborate with partners to review payroll and tax information
- Meet response and ticket SLAs to provide timely support
- Provide guidance on product and tax-related inquiries
- Triage non-support requests to internal teams
- Support the Tax team during quarter-end and year-end filings
