Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting
Checkr builds technology-powered screening solutions for the future of work, helping teams hire great people. As a Senior Manager in Revenue Accounting, you will ensure compliance with revenue reporting standards while managing the Technical Revenue team.
Skills
- Revenue recognition expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Accounting principles knowledge (GAAP, ASC 606)
- Management experience
- ERP systems knowledge
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the Technical Revenue Team
- Develop and maintain revenue recognition policies
- Collaborate with teams to structure revenue arrangements
- Contract review and analysis for revenue recognition
- Assist in the month-end financial statement close process
- Help design month-end close processes for efficiencies
- Assist with external audits related to revenue recognition
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA qualification preferred
