Sr. Marketing Performance Specialist

The Marketing Performance Specialist at Chefaa plays a critical role in optimizing digital ad campaigns, CRM systems, and website content for maximum performance across marketing channels. This data-driven position requires strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, customer interactions, and campaign results while ensuring alignment with the company's goals to enhance customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing campaign effectiveness, maintaining brand messaging consistency, and driving growth through strategic marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Ad Campaign Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Monitor the performance of ad campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure that ads are engaging and aligned with the brand's messaging.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA).

CRM Management:

  • Manage the CRM system to ensure effective customer communication, segmentation, and campaign targeting.
  • Create automated email marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
  • Analyze customer data to personalize messaging and improve customer retention strategies.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of CRM-driven marketing initiatives.

Website Content Management:

  • Oversee and maintain the website's content, ensuring it's up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Work with internal teams to update product pages, landing pages, and blog posts.
  • Analyze website performance metrics, such as bounce rate, conversion rate, and traffic, to make data-driven content improvements.
  • Ensure website content reflects ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities, using tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and ad platform analytics.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify trends and opportunities based on campaign data and make actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and performance to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Participate in marketing strategy discussions and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaigns.
  • Communicate key findings from performance analysis to stakeholders, providing insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Media buying and CRM.
  • Strong experience managing digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and website CMS platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM reporting.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and website content management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for performance.
