This position will report directly to Supply Chain & Procurement Global Transformation Leader at our Wilmington, DE location.We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Supply Chain Program Manager to enhance our Titanium Technologies (TT) data visibility and planning capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for upgrading and developing initiatives to create better data visibility, transition this into comprehensive information and propose and execute initiatives that will optimize our supply chain performance. This role supports our Digital Transformation and coordinates multiple of our Supply Chain Control Tower initiatives. This role is pivotal in building data-driven decision-making capabilities and to improve our end-to-end supply chain performance.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:• Develop and upgrade dashboards and reports for Demand to Plan (DTP) and Demand to Receipt (DTR), Available to Promise (ATP), global warehouse performance reports, Production Planning Process (PPP)• Lead the transition PowerBI reports to more robust data lake/Central Data Warehouse (CDW) reports• Align reporting processes and availability of data with a possible new ERP implementation.• Design and implement a tool for Master scheduling optimization and Request for Change (RFC) decision-making that incorporates freight, duties, and cost to serve metrics.• Develop and execute initiatives that can help optimize these processes going forward.• Support the development and implementation of a Supply Chain Control Tower for real-time supply chain management and decision-making.• Develop tools and reports that will assist in short-term RFC responses, considering multiple operational factors.• Take the lead to further enhance the embedding of OMP tool in the organization and seek opportunities to eliminate legacy tools and processes.• Responsible to create the data visibility on monitoring frozen periods, RFCs, and other compliance metrics, create data visibility on segment order lead time compliance up to regional and warehouse levels.• Responsible to develop tools that enhance our sustainability reporting, focusing on CO2 emissions tracking.The following is required for this role:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical field• Experience in programming languages such as Python• Proven experience in data analytics and business intelligence, preferably within a supply chain context.• Strong project management skills• Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, and familiarity with data warehousing solutions.• Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain optimization tools.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.• Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.The following is preferred for this role:• Bachelor's degree within Engineering or related technical field with a Master's in Computer Science• Knowledge of OMP or similar E2E Planning toolsBenefits:Competitive CompensationComprehensive Benefits Packages401(k) MatchEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramTuition ReimbursementCommuter BenefitsLearning and Development OpportunitiesStrong Inclusion and Diversity InitiativesCompany-paid Volunteer DaysWe’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
