Our dedication to serving our guests and each other sets us apart.• Team Spirit: We work hard, but never miss an opportunity to celebrate our achievements together.• Comprehensive Training: We provide thorough training in all aspects of our restaurant operations.Benefits:• Competitive compensation (Starting at $21/hr).• Healthcare Coverage• Access to scholarships at $2,500 per year• Sundays off• Paid Job Training• Uniforms Provided• Corporate Career Tracks• Paid Leadership Training• Overtime OpportunitiesResponsibilities:• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and smooth operations in the front of house.• Train and support new FOH staff, in addition to over 50 current hospitality staff members.• Drive strategic business results through focused actions.• Foster positive employee relationships and provide coaching and feedback.• Manage inventory, facilities, and operational procedures.• Takes ownership of the front-of-house facilities, ensuring that the restaurant is organized and follows sanitation and food safety procedures.• Report to the Front of House Director and senior leadership team.Qualifications and Skills:• Must be 18 years of age or older.• Chick-fil-A experience highly preferred.• 1+ Years of experience as a leader, preferably in a restaurant environment.• 1+ Years of experience in a hospitality and/or customer service environment.• Flexibility to work during morning and daytime OR evening hours, including weekends.• Basic computer competency.• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for up to 9 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.Ready to embark on an exciting journey with Chick-fil-A?
