What You'll Do

Advise Management and Board of Directors on legal issues. Draft, review and approve contracts of all types. Advise departmental directors on how to respond to legal issues. Advise and assist with Corporate Compliance. Review and assist with litigation issues. Responsible for oversight of VP of Compliance, VP of Regulatory, and, the Director of Risk Management

Requirements

JD, member of Missouri Bar.
