Grow your career by becoming the Chief of Staff (CoS) to MongoDB's Chief People Officer (CPO), working directly with leaders across the business, in particular the People leadership team. The CPO oversees all aspects of Human Resources, collectively referred to as the People Team. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employer brand, HR business partnering, employee experience, shared services, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, learning & development, and talent & performance management.
Acts as a trusted thought partner, project manager, advisor and "second set of hands" to the Chief People Officer at MongoDB.
