The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Services is seeking to hire a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our Cook Case Management Operations Team G in the role of Child Support Specialist Trainee. This training program provides the opportunity to learn the process of completing calculations of financial obligations and support balances related to child support accounts along with understanding the use of the Key Information Data System, Comptroller system, State Disbursement Unit computer system and other processes, policies and procedures related to child support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematics, communication, organizational, and analytical skills to be successful in performing the operations of Team G for the Cook Central Region.
