HR Representative

Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related concerns and issues. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files. Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs. Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, resume review, and interview scheduling. Collaborate with management to promote a positive and inclusive work culture. Handle employee relations matters and conduct investigations as needed. Stay updated on state and federal employment laws and regulations. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR programs and initiatives. Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions. Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Collaborate with other departments, such as payroll and benefits, to ensure accuracy and consistency. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the employee experience and promote employee engagement. Complete other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
