Enrollment Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to join our team and ensure a seamless enrollment process for families. In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting families with navigating the enrollment process and ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.Facilitate the enrollment process for families by providing them with necessary information and resources.Assist families in completing all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure that all enrollment requirements are met and all necessary information is obtained.Maintain accurate and organized enrollment records and files.Communicate effectively with families and other team members to provide updates on enrollment status.Collaborate with other departments and staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during the enrollment process.Keep up-to-date with any changes or updates to enrollment policies and procedures.Provide exceptional customer service to families by addressing any questions or concerns they may have.Maintain the confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.Serve as a liaison between families and the hospital, promoting a positive and welcoming environment.Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the enrollment department and the hospital as a whole.Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
