The IS Analyst I serves as liaison between Information Systems and user departments to determine how best to support them through the effective use of technology. Designs, implements, upgrades and maintains software systems with a low degree of complexity. Facilitates process improvements. Coordinates custom programming, change management, and system optimization.
This role works in HRIS systems configuring and supporting primarily Timekeeping and Workforce Management as well as HR, Payroll and Benefits systems. Applicants should have application experience, preferred experience in UKG and Infor.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $29.54/hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.
This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
