Job Description

Chili Piper is seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual to drive our channel growth efforts in the Salesforce ecosystem.  

Responsibilities of the Channel Partnerships Manager will include building strong, trusted relationships with agencies, SIs, and general channel partners in various ecosystems to help us grow our business globally. 

As a key member of the Channel Partnerships team, you’ll be instrumental in helping us shape and build our awareness and relevance within the HubSpot and Adobe Marketo ecosystems.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement our Channel Partnerships Go-To-Market Strategy alongside top agency and SI partners

  • Build relationships with relevant partner stakeholders to help support business objectives (drive enablement, marketing, and sales support across the organization)

  • Coordinate with partners at the leadership level to develop and execute join GTM plans to drive and hit revenue targets 

  • Closely work with internal partnerships, marketing, and sales teams to drive revenue through partners 

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of channel sales, partnerships, or business development experience with a track record of top performance 

  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment

  • Self starter who is used to working in a scrappy team

  • Strong interest in technology and marketing 

Bonus Skills: 

  • Experience in the marketing automation sector
