Principal, SEO & Generative AI Search Strategy

Chime is a financial technology company focused on providing transparent and free banking services. They seek a Principal, Generative AI Search Strategy & SEO expert to lead and innovate their organic growth strategy by combining technical SEO, content strategies, and emerging AI-powered search technologies.

Skills

Deep technical SEO knowledge including web performance, indexing, and schema.
Experience with GA4, Looker, Google Search Console, and experimentation tools.
Strong analytical aptitude to monitor and interpret data insights.
Clear communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of AI search evolution and LLM discoverability.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve SEO and generative AI search strategies balancing immediate growth with future innovation.
Lead technical SEO roadmap including site audits, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and scalable architecture improvements.
Develop AI-powered workflows for content optimization and experiment with discoverability for next-gen search platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, engineering, brand, and analytics teams to execute scalable strategies.
Monitor performance, analyze competitor landscape, and identify growth opportunities.
Define KPIs, enforce governance, and build scalable SEO frameworks across teams.
Stay updated on evolving SEO and AI search trends to inform ongoing strategy.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
