Senior Program Manager, Company Priority Programs

Chime, a fast-growing FinTech company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead priority strategic initiatives within their Enterprise Project Management Office, driving cross-functional impact and business strategy execution.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ownership of high-priority cross-functional projects and programs
Turn ambiguity into structured plans with minimal oversight
Proactively plan for changing circumstances and risks
Build and communicate influential narratives to secure buy-in and drive results
Partner with senior leaders and teams to enforce accountability and accelerate progress
Incubate new programs and processes to enhance scalability and velocity

Education

Bachelor's Degree required
