The Implementation Manager will support the successful deployment and integration of Choco’s AI and App solutions for food distributors across North America. This role requires a blend of project management, technical acumen, and client engagement skills to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, a quick learner, and passionate about technology, client success, and the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Choco solutions.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to understand client requirements and develop tailored execution plans to meet client needs

  • Managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementations.

  • Lead client kickoff meetings and regular project status meetings to drive project forward

  • Schedule, prep, and conduct client training sessions.

  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems with project status and client information.

  • Support the continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologies.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations, gather feedback, and address any concerns.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1-2 years of experience in implementation, project management, or a related role, preferably within the technology sector.

  • Ability to use project management software and/or create tracks or project plans in excel 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
