Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft an intuitive and efficient design for us. The ideal candidate will have experience designing interfaces that offer a seamless user experience. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that all elements of the platform are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our diverse user base.
Responsibilities:
Design and iterate on the Admin Dashboard, including:User login and authentication flowsApproving and tracking reportsUser management (view, delete, reset passwords)Payment status updates (success/failed)Advanced search functionalities (users, bad customers)Customer reputation scoring and displayCreate intuitive interfaces for company reporting features:Sign up/SSO/VerificationCompany detail updates and reporting formsTracking and managing reported usersDesign user-friendly interactions for both users and "bad customers":Sign up/verification, login, password resetPayment processes and reputation displayHandling report notifications and responsesEnsure consistency and a high level of usability across all user touchpoints.Qualifications:Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.Expertise in designing admin dashboards and complex web interfaces.Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Ability to work collaboratively with development teams to implement designs.
