Senior IT Quality Assurance Engineer - CHS Inc

Job Description Primary Function of Position QA Architect oversees and drives quality assurance of Enterprise Analytics, Enterprise Data, and AI. QA Architect collaborates with multiple teams to ensure data integrity and validation using the right tools and automation. Essential Job Duties • Oversees manual and automated testing of Enterprise Analytics, Data, and AI Testing • Oversees QA team of contractors for Testing and Automation activities/projects• Coach offshore QA team members in deriving solutions for complex testing use cases• Write SQL queries to perform backend testing and ETL validation.• Experience in testing Tableau and Reports.• Experience in testing BI systems and data analysis processes, including ETL processes.• Excellent understanding of data analysis and visualization• Expertise in data testing such as pre-screening raw data, vital checks on completeness and integrity of data, field tests on Aggregation, Reconciliation tests, Report and App testing• Work with business users, systems analysts, designers, and programmers to create and review requirements and deliver required project documents, test strategy, testing scope, and test cases.• Knowledge of Snowflake, Azure Databricks• Create Test case, Execute Test case.• Execute end-to-end testing of ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, loading, and reporting, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.• Experience supporting enterprise data including master data in SAP• Publish test results and defects during UAT phase to business users.• Define opportunities for QA team and support technical clarification and oversee test automation.• Ability to motivate, manage performance, and mentor direct reports effectively.
