Chubb’s Global Marketing and Communications team is seeking a dynamic communicator with a proven track record creating compelling content for traditional and digital channels. Our new AVP will play a pivotal role executing our Global Claims Marketing and Communications strategy. They have superior writing and editing skills with the ability to transform complex topics into clear, engaging marketing materials. This candidate has ample experience creating web content, client emails, one-pagers and social media, and knows how to leverage metrics to measure impact. They can also plan large- and small-scale events, creating memorable experiences for attendees. Attention to detail is a must. This AVP has exceptional project management skills. They are a team player with the ability to innovate and motivate partners, and the know-how to navigate a highly matrixed organization. The role is a hybrid position with three days required in our Jersey City, NJ office. Key responsibilities: Promoting ClaimsManage a pipeline of testimonial opportunities, promoting success stories to internal and external audiences. Work across lines of business to leverage Claims content for campaigns to drive new business. Create web content – including FAQs, testimonials and other information – making our Chubb.com digital experience a go-to for clients. Foster strong relationships with Claims, CX and digital marketing partners to improve the overall user experience.Co-manage end-to-end event planning and execution, creating memorable experiences for agents and brokers. Develop a standardized distribution for Commercial catastrophe communications to keep agents and brokers informed during major weather events. Create one-pagers to promote Chubb Claims offerings. Assist with deck and presentation reviews. Fostering our CultureDevelop internal articles on key business successes and initiatives to increase employee engagement. Escalate when content should be promoted externally.Run the NA Claims Intranet page, creating a go-to site for our 2,000+ North America Claims community.Draft business newsletters and communications, matching executive voice and tone.Maintain a master editorial calendar. Proven track record managing complex, multifaceted and multilayered projects (CX experience a plus).Digital marketing experience, including website and email writing, and social media (video is a plus).Experience planning and executing small- and large-scale events.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships in a matrixed global business. High level of comfort interacting with executive-level management. Strong ability to grasp complex issues facing the company quickly and understand the nature of the business and the competition.Proficient use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other technology tools (Exact Target is a plus). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field required. Minimum 6+ years in a corporate marketing and/or communications role preferred. The pay range for the role is $117,000 to $189,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
