This includes meeting program execution targets, maintaining program documentation, ensuring quality expectations are met and improving processes.Responsibilities• Deliver WoW! experiences to our Pet Parents through program management• Ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s, quality, daily targets, and measurements are met• Identify and manage risks, roadblocks, and issues• Identify, recommend, and assist in implementation process improvements• Create and maintain program documentation• Collaborate with other process owners and the claims quality assurance team• Keep supervisors and other stakeholders informed of changes, risks, and opportunities in the programQualifications• Be a licensed Claim Adjuster or have the experience to become a licensed Claim Adjuster within six months• History of process improvement/change implementation• Ability to effectively communicate with pet parents• Problem solving and decision-making skills• Organizational and time management skills• High school diploma or equivalent work experience• Basic IT skills (MS Excel, MS Office, etc.) a plus• Experience with ERP or CRM systems a plusAbout UsChubb is a world leader in insurance.
