Job DescriptionChubb is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Segment and Product Marketing specializing in High Net Worth (HNW) clients within the financial services industry. As a key leader within our marketing team, you will drive the development and execution of tailored marketing strategies and campaigns to attract, engage, and retain high net worth individuals as valued insurance clients. You will also lead and coach a team of marketers.Key ResponsibilitiesSegment Strategy Development:Define target segments, personas, and value propositions based on HNW client needs and preferences.Develop and implement comprehensive segment marketing strategies focused on high net worth clients in alignment with business objectives and growth targets.Go-to-Market Planning:Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market plans for HNW insurance products and services.Collaborate with product management and sales and distribution teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.Create annual plan for Product / Segment marketing including fueling needs.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research and analysis to understand the unique needs, behaviors, and trends of high net worth individuals in the insurance market.Use data-driven insights to inform segment strategies and decision-making.Product Positioning and Messaging:Develop compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to resonate with high net worth clients utilizing Personal Risks Services brand messaging.Create differentiated value propositions and communication strategies for HNW insurance offerings.Campaign Development and Execution:Plan and oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns targeting HNW segments.Utilize a mix of channels such as digital, events, partnerships, and personalized communications to reach and engage HNW clients effectively.Brand and Relationship Management:Enhance brand presence and reputation among high net worth individuals through strategic branding initiatives and relationship-building activities.Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with wealth advisors, and industry stakeholders.Partner with the Sales Enablement leader to deliver programs and support:Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted sales enablement tools, materials, and training programs for HNW client acquisition and retention.Provide ongoing support to sales teams in positioning and selling to the HNW segment.Performance Measurement and Optimization:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of segment marketing initiatives.Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and market feedback to drive growth and ROI.Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high performing team of product marketing managers.QualificationsCompetenciesDeep understanding of HNW client behaviors, preferences, and market dynamics.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective segment-specific marketing campaigns.Proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends related to high net worth clients.Education and ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of success in segment marketing or similar roles within the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on high net worth clients.About UsChubb is a world leader in insurance.
